Groups in Bauchi Affirms Total Support for SDP Presidential candidate tagged Duke/Gabam 2019 @Beehivegossips
AS presidential candidates of political parties for the 2019 general elections traverse the country for support from the electorate, a political pressure group known as ‘Duke/Gabam 2019’ has affirmed its total support for Duke and Gabam for president and vice president respectively come 2019.
Co-ordinator of the group in Bauchi State, Comrade David Daure declared in Bauchi on Saturday that Donald Duke and Shehu Gabam are the right leaders to be voted for to lead the country come 2019.
He opined that Duke and Gabam both have a good track record in Nigerian politics and also their selfless services to humanity and nation-building is acknowledged by Nigerian youths, therefore “we should not leave this opportunity that we have. This is the time for Nigerian youths to come together to support this movement”, he explained.
He added that, “The movement is a Hope for Nigerian youths. We will not leave any stone unturned, we will work together to achieve this victory”.
In his response, the SDP Youth Speaker of Bauchi state, Prince Mohammed Sani Hassan said that the youths have made a very wise decision by supporting the Duke/Gabam candidacy saying, “this shows that we have woken up from our long time sleep. Nigeria is ours (the youths), and nobody can deceive us, we will no longer vote for old people to be Presidents of our dear country, we need leaders that can have sleepless nights to ensure that Nigeria is better and be conducive for everyone”.
Mohammed Sani concluded that Donald Duke and Shehu Gabam are well-experienced leaders with the capacity and charisma, coupled with good leadership style because according to him, “Both Duke and Gabam are leaders that do not believe in religious or ethnic differences, they only believe in one Nigeria, one love, one people and one nation”.
